1. The Service
aiys.ai provides AI-driven automation agents designed to handle customer interactions and sales. The service includes system integration, data training, and ongoing maintenance.
2. Fees and Payments
• Annual Package: A fixed fee of $4,950 is required for the first 12 months of service.
• Success Fee: A commission of 0.4% shall be charged on all sales closed or initiated by the aiys.ai agent.
• Renewal: After the initial 12 months, the service will renew automatically on a monthly basis at a rate of $550/month unless canceled.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• First Year Cancellation: If a client chooses to terminate the service within the first 12 months, a non-refundable Setup and Integration fee of $2,200will be retained. Additionally, a monthly fee of $550 will be charged for every month (or part thereof) the service was active.
• Calculation: Refund = $4,950 - ($2,200 + [Months Active x $550]).
• Post-Year 1: Cancellation requires a 30-day written notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
aiys.ai provides the platform "as is." We are not responsible for:
• Interruptions or errors caused by third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, CRM vendors, OpenAI).
• Any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of the AI agent.
• The ultimate accuracy of AI-generated responses, although we strive for maximum precision.
5. Intellectual Property
aiys.ai retains all rights to its proprietary algorithms and software. The client retains all rights to their provided business data
