At aiys.ai, we believe in full transparency and a partnership-driven approach. Our business model is designed to ensure a commitment to results while providing fairness and flexibility to our clients.
1. Annual Package and Subscription
The standard service is provided as an annual package at a fixed price of $4,950. This fee covers the activation of your AI agent, the integration of your organization’s data, and the maintenance of the system for the first 12 months.
2. Success-Based Fee
As a partner in your growth, a 0.4% success fee will be applied to all sales closed by our AI agent. This ensures that our interests are fully aligned with your revenue goals.
3. Renewal Policy (After Year 1)
After completing the initial 12-month period, the service switches to a flexible monthly subscription of $550 per month. Under this plan, you can cancel at any time; the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Refund Policy (Within the First Year)
We want you to feel confident in your investment. If you choose to discontinue service during the first year, our refund mechanism is based on the months of service used plus a fixed setup and integration cost:
• Usage Fee: $550 per month for every month (or part thereof) that the service was active.
• Setup & Integration Fee (Non-Refundable): A fixed amount of $2,200(equivalent to 4 months of service) is deducted as a setup and integration fee.
• Refund Calculation: The refund will be the remaining balance of the annual fee after deducting the months used AND the $2,200 setup fee.
• Maximum Deduction: The total deduction will not exceed the original $4,950 paid. Once the usage plus setup fee reaches $4,950 (typically after 5 months of service), no refund will be issued.

Example: A customer who cancels after 2 months of service will be charged for 2 months ($1,100) + the setup fee ($2,200), totaling $3,300. The refund will be $1,650.

Why is there a 0.4% fee?
We operate on a “success-driven” model. This small fee ensures that our team is constantly optimizing your AI agent to close more deals. When you win, we win.
How do you track sales closed by the AI?
Our system integrates with your CRM or payment gateway to transparently track every conversion initiated and closed by your AI agent. Reports are available on your dashboard 24/7.
Is the setup fee negotiable?
This fee covers the intensive process of machine learning training and custom data integration required to make the AI perform at a human-level for your specific business. Therefore, it is a fixed cost.
6. General Terms
• All prices exclude applicable taxes (VAT/Sales Tax) where required by law.
• Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to: yosi@aiys.ai.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days of confirmation.
